CommUNITY Champion: Local TV Station Honors CECO Founders

CECO began more than 20 years ago by a local couple looking for a way to help their son after being diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Vicky and Joe Raymond are the founders of CECO and this week’s WESH Community Champion.
